EHP 121 Tai-Chi Chuan I
This one credit course helps meet the three-hour physical education requirement in all degree programs. One of the dangers that threatens all of us, as we get older is a loss of our sense of balance. Maintaining a sense of balance through our lifetime can prevent serious injury from falls. This course will help maintain and develop our balance and help reduce stress while also allowing students to develop strength and flexibility.
