Educator Preparation Institute (Teacher Certification)

The EPI program is designed for applicants who have already completed a baccalaureate and are seeking to meet the requirements to secure teaching certification in the state of Florida. Applicants will file a common application on-line, pay the standard $25 fee and select EPI as their major. Applicants are then advised to refer to the EPI program information on the College website to file a separate EPI application and submit documents required by the EPI program. Unlike other applicants, EPI applicants do not need to complete college placement tests or the orientation program. EPI applicants work directly with the coordinator of the program from admission through completion.
