College Catalog and Student Handbook

The College Catalog and Student Handbook is the official document that outlines the requirements and regulations for PHSC students, subject to changes and additions approved by the District Board of Trustees. It is the responsibility of each student to be familiar with and understand these requirements and regulations.

For graduation purposes, a student has the option of remaining under the catalog provisions in effect at the time of initial enrollment at PHSC or any subsequent catalog, provided the catalog is no more than three academic years old in the term in which the student meets all graduation requirements. A catalog year ends on the last day of classes in Term III.
