Arrivals, Move-In, and Leaving Campus
Pre-Arrival
Residents must complete the three items detailed below prior to their arrival on campus. Note that students who have not completed these steps will not be permitted to check into Housing.
- Returning students (grad and undergrad) must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination by August 2, 2021. Those who register after that and will be on campus in the fall need to submit proof as soon as possible after registration. Students will not be permitted on campus without proof of vaccination, unless a student has an approved religious or medical exemption. Other immunization information does not need to be resubmitted.
There are NO exceptions other than a documented and approved religious or medical exception. Without the documentation submitted below, students will not be permitted to move-in to residence halls, attend classes or any Manhattanville sponsored activities.
Students who are enrolled in programs in clinical or student teaching programs may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination as required by their off-site location. Off-site clinical or teaching placements may not allow for medical or religious exemptions at their facilities, and in such case they do not, the College cannot ensure that a placement that does not require a COVID-19 vaccine will be available. Students with questions about off-site clinical or teaching placements should direct them to the School of Nursing & Health Sciences or School of Education.
- New students must submit the Undergraduate Student Health Packet to Student Health & Counseling. Click here for more information (only applies to first-year students).
- Have a cleared balance with Student Accounts, or have a current payment plan on file. Click here to access their website (applies to all students).
