Change of Address/Phone Number
Students must notify the Registrar’s Office of any change of address during enrollment at Elon. Current Elon students submit address changes under their User Profile in OnTrack’s Self-Service portal. It is essential that the university have current information to contact students about official academic matters and in case of emergency. A student’s “home address” refers to their permanent home address where they or their family members live. A student’s “local address” refers to their on-/off-campus address they reside in while attending classes at Elon. Both a home and local address can be shared and updated through Self-Service.
Students musts maintain their current cell phone numbers and an emergency contact in OnTrack for emergency use; cell phone numbers will not be released without permission of the student. These contacts can also be maintained in the Self-Service portal.
