The faculty of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and the NEOMA Business School have a well-earned reputation for their enthusiasm in bringing their knowledge and experience to the classroom. They have earned postgraduate degrees from some of the finest schools in the world. They have varied executive experience with large and small, well-established, and entrepreneurial firms, and manufacturing, service, scientific and financial organizations. Therefore, they bring to the classroom a mixture of practical and theoretical experience and training, assuring their students have exposure to many viewpoints and many methods of approaching business problems.
While faculty are engaged in research and actively consult for external corporations, they all put teaching and serving students first. The faculty at Elon and in NEOMA will support students’ learning and serve as career coaches and mentors to ensure students launch rewarding careers following their degree completion.
