Late Charge and Collection Costs

If quarterly tuition and fees are not paid in full when due, the student will incur a late charge of $50 per course for which the student is registered and is enrolled for that quarter. If tuition and fees are not paid as required by your enrollment agreement, the University may incur collection costs. You will be required to pay collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
