Transcripts and Diplomas

Transcripts

Unofficial Transcript

Students can view their unofficial transcript at any time in Einstein - the University’s Student Information System (wtu.orbund.com). Note that classes in the current quarter, for which grades have not been submitted, will display as ‘IP’ meaning In Progress. The transcript displays a student’s individual course grades, quarter GPA, and cumulative GPA.

Official Transcript

Upon completion of degree requirements, a transcript (a copy of a student’s academic record) is sent to a graduate with his/her diploma. This transcript will be labeled ‘Issued to Student’ and should not be considered an official transcript.

Transcript Requests

A student may request an official transcript(s) at any time either online or by mail. Full directions for requesting transcripts can be found at: https://www.washtechu.org/transcript.

Note: There is a $25 fee associated with an official transcript. The University will only issue a transcript if the student's account is paid in full.

Diplomas

Undergraduate diplomas are issued by the Office of the Registrar only after all of the following have been verified:

  • Satisfaction of all graduation requirements
  • Receipt and approval of a student’s Petition to Graduate form
  • Verification of a $0 outstanding balance

Diplomas are sent approximately 8-12 weeks after the degree conferral appears on the student's record. The diploma reflects the student's primary major, as designated on the graduation audit.

A student may request reprinted diplomas at any time online or by mail. There is a $100 fee. The University will issue the reprinted diploma only if the student's account is paid in full.
