Student Refunds
Tuition is refundable only when a student officially withdraws from a course. The Tuition Refund Table is indicated below. Students who are withdrawn from a course or courses for disciplinary reasons or a breach of conduct forfeit the right to a refund of any portion of their tuition and fees.
Students who neither pay for nor attend courses for which they are registered will be withdrawn from the courses for nonpayment and their accounts credited at 100% tuition. Students who attend courses without having paid for them will be withdrawn from the courses and their accounts charged according to the tuition schedule. Students must contact their Advisor or the Office of the Registrar to initiate the withdrawal process. The date the student contacts their Advisor or the Office of the Registrar will determine date of notification to establish the amount of the tuition refund, if any. Students may appeal the amount of tuition refunded due to extenuating circumstances (hardship, medical, or other related reason). Appeals submitted outside of the refund schedule may require documentation pending the decision of the university president.
Course refunds are calculated from the start day of the session, not the start date of the course.
