BUSN 201 Business Law

This course introduces students to basic concepts of business law. Aspects of contract law, including the agreement, consideration, writings, third-party rights, illegality, performance, breach, defenses, ethics, and remedies serve as key elements of the course.  Additional topics in agency law, employment law, and a variety of other legal issues and topics that influence and intersect with modern business practices are reviewed.
