Diplomas
Undergraduate diplomas are issued by the Office of the Registrar to students upon receipt of the approved Petition to Graduate and completion of all graduation requirements has been verified, provided that the student's account is paid in full. The diploma reflects the student's primary major, as designated on the approved Graduation Audit.
Diplomas are sent approximately 10-12 weeks after the degree conferral appears on the student's record.
A student may request reprinted diplomas at any time online or by mail. Full directions for requesting transcripts can be found on the registrar's website www.washtechu.com/registrar/diploma. There is a $100 fee. The University will issue the reprinted diploma only if the student's account is paid in full.
