Human behavior impacts management of organizations.  An understanding of leadership styles, motivations, power structures, authority, structure, collaboration and performance measurements helps employees and managers be more effective in contemporary organizations.  This course also covers group dynamics, worker satisfaction, morale, productivity, office politics, and conflict management.
