PSYC 3305 Animal Behavior and Cognition
Examine the behavior and mental lives of a variety of species. Topics include the theoretical foundation of comparative psychology, the scientific method of research, observation techniques, and current research areas in the field. This course examines the development, causal mechanisms, history, and function of the behavior of animals. It also explores the topics specific to animal psychology such as cognition, play and communication.
