Consortium Courses

The Lower Cost Models Consortium (LCMC) is a national group of over 90 regionally-accredited private colleges seeking to prepare students for careers in the fastest-growing fields. Presentation's partnership with the LCMC allows students to access specialized courses in high-demand fields from other LCMC colleges, all while earning Presentation credit toward their degree. The courses offered through the LCMC are designed by top academics and industry leaders, vetted by Presentation, and taught online by faculty who are experts in the field.

Presentation College offers Consortium courses via a partnership with Rize, an education company seeking to expand career pathways for students. The partnership allows students to earn Presentation credit toward in-demand degree programs. Courses are designed by top academics and industry leaders, vetted by Presentation, and taught by faculty who are experts in the field.

Presentation College has approved eight Consortium courses to be taught in support of two new minors, Digital Marketing and E-Sports and Gaming Administration.

Students will register and pay for Consortium courses just as they would for other courses offered at PC. Registration and payment deadlines for Consortium courses are the same as for other courses offered at PC.

Instructors of Consortium courses will govern their courses and online classrooms according to their syllabi and the policies of their home institutions.

Consortium course schedules may differ slightly from Presentation College's schedule. Students taking Consortium classes should check their schedules and syllabi closely for course start dates, end dates, exam dates, and other important dates that may differ from comparable dates on the standard PC academic calendar. Students are responsible for meeting all deadlines, attendance/engagement requirements, and other expectations set by Consortium instructors.

Consortium courses are PC courses, not transfer courses. Presentation College will transcribe all credits earned in Consortium courses as regular PC credits. PC will include final grades earned in Consortium courses in calculations of PC grade point averages and academic status.
