Division of Social Science & Humanities

The Division of Social Science and Humanities provides students with a solid academic foundation to pursue lifelong learning and build successful lives and careers. The Division offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Business, Communication, Criminal Justice, Human Resource Management, Human Services, Interdisciplinary Studies, Organizational Management and Leadership, Psychology, and Sport and Event Management. Associate Degree programs in Business, Communication, English, General Studies, and Religious Studies are offered. In addition, courses are offered in the general education areas of humanities and social sciences are housed within the Division. The Business program is accredited by their respective professional accrediting agency.

Admission/Progression: The Division of Social Science and Humanities accepts students into the Division who meet the College's and specific programs' progression criteria. Students may have to apply for acceptance into a specific program based on program progression standards. Students will be evaluated according to the specific program's progression criteria. Students applying to be readmitted to a program will still be held to program admission standards and must follow any specific program guidelines for readmission.

Confidentiality may be required of students in specific coursework in Social Science and Humanities programs. Any breach of confidentiality may result in Division dismissal.
