STS 0156 Sterile Technique II
This course is designed to provide the student with knowledge of intraoperative techniques. The main focus topics will be: handling drains and dressings; incisions, pouring and receiving medications and solutions; corrections of contaminations; handling, passing, disposing of sharps; labeling of medications; advanced care and handling of specimens.
