Application and Admission Requirements

  1. Completed PHSC application with application fee
  2. Official high school transcript or GED scores indicating receipt of a high school equivalency diploma, if required for documentation of foreign language requirement (completion of two consecutive years of one foreign language). The foreign language requirement must be met prior to the completion of the bachelor's degree. This requirement can be met by any of the following:
    1. Completion of two years of high school instruction in the same foreign language
    2. Completion of two sequential college-level courses in one foreign language
    3. Achievement of minimum scores on a foreign language proficiency exam approved by the Admissions and Student Records office
    4. Completion of a high school diploma from a foreign country where the student studied in a language other than English
  3. Complete any prerequisite courses that may be necessary after a review of all transcripts with a grade of "C" or higher
  4. Official transcript from each United States college and university attended other than PHSC
  5. Official transcript showing an associate's degree or equivalent (60 college-level credits with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale) from a regionally accredited institution
