BAA241 Essentials of Project Management

This course provides working professionals with a practical introduction to the core principles, processes, and applications of project management. Designed as a stand-alone learning experience or as a foundation for further study in a Project Management Certificate program or PMP? exam preparation. With demand for skilled project managers on the rise and an increasing number of experienced professionals reaching retirement age, now is the ideal time to build project management expertise. According to the Project Management Institutes Job Growth and Talent Gap Report (2017?2027), the need for qualified project managers continues to outpace supply creating valuable career opportunities for professionals across industries. This program consists of four comprehensive modules that explore the essential elements of project management: Project Management: The Discipline and the Profession Planning and Balancing Project Work Executing, Controlling, and Closing the Project Strategic Value of Projects Participants will gain foundational knowledge and practical tools to manage projects effectively, support organizational goals, and advance their professional growth in a dynamic and in-demand field.
