OFT140 Medical Records Transcription

Introduces the student to the preparation of medical records used in documenting patient care. Students will transcribe correspondence and medical reports using digital transcription software. Additional medical terminology relating to various specialties as well as pharmaceutical and laboratory terms and abbreviations will be introduced throughout the course.
