HEA213 EMT Exam Test Preparation

This 24-hour course is designed to review major academic topics of the EMT curriculum and develop test-taking strategies for those seeking to take the NREMT exam. Topics will include airway management, shock, resuscitation, medical and trauma emergencies, and special populations. The EMT Exam Prep focuses only on the cognitive portion of the NREMT exam and is best suited to those who are taking the test after an extended period from their initial training, those requiring a refresher after initial testing, and those re-certifying by via re-examination. This is not a skills review course. In order to receive a certificate students must complete the full 24 hours.
