This certificate is intended to prepare a student upon completion for entry-level employment, working with children from birth to 3 years of age in child care centers, family child care homes, and early childhood intervention programs.
For students interested in continuing their education in the early childhood field, all courses in this certificate count towards the Early Childhood Education Associate Degree.
