SPED 497 Special Education Internship
This course fulfills LEAP requirements and must be completed through Mayville State University. This internship is an off-campus, faculty-approved work experience related to the student's major course of study. Students pursuing the Special Needs Generalist minor complete a minimum of 30 clock hours (1 SH), Studies in Education majors complete a minimum of 360 clock hours (12 SH), and other major/minors can be considered, as appropriate and determined by the chair. The transcript notation will designate the specific internship. Pre-requisites: 2.75 cumulative institutional/transfer grade point average, and approval of the division. Letter graded. Fall, Spring, Summer.
