SPED 400B Special Education Student Teaching

This course is generally the last course the teacher candidate completes in their education program. Candidates work in an assigned school with a cooperating special education teacher in the area that would appear on their transcript: Kindergarten; elementary; secondary, or middle school or any combination thereof. This 5 week experience must be taken along with 10 weeks of student teaching in the field of corresponding double major. Students with additional certifications and specializations must consult the Division of Education for case-by-case requirements. Fall, Spring, Summer on campus.
