BIO 5017 Human Anataomy and Physiology II
This course is an intensive second semester continuation covering form and function of major organ systems in the human body, such as cardiovascular, endocrine, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, and reproductive. The lecture portion will introduce anatomy but tend to focus on physiology (function), while the lab portion will deal primarily with anatomy (form). In some labs you will be performing physiological experiments with yourselves as the subjects! Due to the amount of terminology you will encounter, it is highly recommended that you keep a list of vocabulary throughout the term, and read all assigned material thoroughly prior to attending lab or lecture.
