NUR 268C Drug Therapy & Nursing Implications

Builds on the knowledge acquired in NUR 268B and continues to focus on nursing management, critical thinking, and safety with regard to medication therapy. Includes the topics of: pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, specific drug therapies, interactions of the drug groups which are applicable to the content provided in NUR 103A. Uses drug lists for each major category of drugs to direct learning for drug action, safe dosage, side effects, drug interactions, adverse reactions and nursing implications.
