STME 5140 MOLECULAR CELLULAR TECHNIQUES
Graduate level laboratory-intensive course. Biological approach to the study of RNA proteins, and cells with emphasis on current physiological principles relating structure to function, gene expression, cell communication and intracellular trafficking. Lab exercises include cellular biotechniques to purify and characterize mRNA, proteins and assess physiological activity in living cells.
