The Mail Services customer service window is located on the ground floor of the J.C. Williams Center and is open Monday – Friday from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, and closed on Sunday.
Incoming Mail and Packages: are delivered via USPS, FedEx, and UPS are received between 9 am and 12:30 pm daily. Delivery of first class and standard mail: each resident will be assigned a mailbox with a combination lock. Delivery of packages: each resident will be notified through their Franciscan University email account or through a text message indicating a package is available for pickup at the customer service window or the Parcel Lockers. Students must provide their student ID card to obtain their package(s) at the window or use the 4-digit code sent via text message at the Parcel Lockers.
Outgoing Mail and Packages: Mail Services provides international rates and services for all countries that accept mail from the United States. Domestic mail services include certified, priority mail, return receipt, insurance, and overnight mail. All outgoing mail and packages via the US Postal Service is delivered to the Steubenville Post Office, Monday -Friday at 3:00 PM. The Mail Center also is a daily pick-up location for FedEx and UPS. Packages sent via FedEx and UPS will go out the next business day. Regular retails rates are charged.
Distribution of flyers in mailboxes is prohibited. Please check with the customer service clerk for details.
