Supply Chain Management is the management of global activities to produce goods and services. As outsourcing of goods and services has increased over the years, the management of these goods and services is necessary to distribute these items in a timely and cost-efficient way to satisfy the end-user customer. It is also necessary to manage the quality, sustainability of these items and ensure that these goods and services are produced in an ethically responsible manner.
