IT Support / Help Desk Requests

Students can use the Helpdesk ticketing system to request IT assistance. Using this system improves the efficiency of communication with each of you.   Go to: https://helpdesk.ecsu.edu/. Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an email that confirms we have received your request.
