End-User Support Services
DIT provides access to technology resources for students to support their general academic efforts. Current students are provided a student ID number and an email/domain account also known as VikingOne to access Self-Service Banner (SSB), email, network domain, Viking WiFi, and other university online resources such as LinkedIn Learning, BlackBoard, and E4U. Accounts are automatically created upon admission to the university. Students have wireless connectivity available across campus. Students, faculty, and staff can benefit from the self-service password reset portal located at https://password.ecsu.edu.
