OT 5226 Physiology and Perception

This course will cover the physiology of sensation & perception from the sensory receptors to the cortex. Topics to be covered will include how the brain uses environmental cues and physiology to perceive the World around us. Particular attention will be paid to cultural differences in perception, as well as the effects that age and injury have on perception.
