ENGL 3442 Critical Inquiry & Reflective Writing
Provides the context for the exploration of lifelong learning. Preparation of the Experiential Learning Portfolio that documents, describes, analyzes, synthesizes, and evaluates prior experience in terms of university-level learning outcomes essays. This Portfolio, consisting of three or more experiential learning essays, may be submitted to the appropriate academic departments for evaluation and the possible awarding of additional university credit. Satisfies the General Education requirement in writing for Adult Degree Completion Program students only. Note: A student must meet with his or her academic advisor to prepare an up-to-date degree plan prior to the second class session. This degree plan is essential for determining the applicability of Portfolio units to the student’s degree requirements. Prerequisite:
HCS 3160 with a grade of 'C' (2.0) or higher.
