Photography Policy

In a continuing effort to document and archive the goings-on of Columbus Technical College and its students, photographs and videos are often taken by College personnel. These photos or videos may be used for various purposes including: marketing, brochures, website updates, or in an effort to secure positive news coverage from media outlets.

Students who choose to NOT be photographed must let their wishes be known -prior to whatever event is being documented- by notifying their instructor, a supervising staff member, or a member of the Community & College Relations Department.

Reminder: students sign a clause in the Columbus Technical College application where they agree to release, indemnify, and hold the College harmless from any claims, damages, action, liability, and expense in connection with such photographs and/or video.
