PLAN 219 Mapping Design & Communications Lab
This second-year lab class teaches foundational planning skills in the visual representation of spatial information in maps. Planning students learn how to conduct compelling analysis of spatial data in the Plan 203 studio. In the PLAN 219 lab, students learn how to effectively design and communicate spatial information in maps for various audiences, including: 1) the general public, 2) decision makers, including public officials, and 3) other experts in planning and related fields.
