EXSC 305 Personal Training

Designed to give students a practical application of resistance and fitness training protocols for general population clients. Students will be able to provide guidelines and experience for instructing safe, effective, and purposeful resistance training and conditioning through a self-created exercise program for apparently healthy participants. Students will train clients during this course.


Prerequisite: EXSC 147 or EXSC 200 Min Grade C.

Exercise science majors may repeat only once. Open only to Exercise Science majors and kinesiology minors or permission of the program coordinator.
