Programs

The Department of Educational Leadership offers a comprehensive suite of advanced degrees and graduate certificate programs designed to prepare transformative leaders for both K-12 and higher education environments. Our graduate programs include:

Accelerated Master’s Program:

•  Master of Arts in Education (MAE) in Educational Administration and Supervision — undergraduate students can take up to 12 graduate credits toward this degree.

Master's Degrees:

•  Master of Arts in Education (MAE) in Educational Administration and Supervision — Features all coursework necessary to obtain a K-12 Building Level Administrator License (Principal)
• Master of Arts (MA) in Student Affairs and Administration in Higher Education

Advanced Degrees:

•  Specialist in Education (EdS) in School Superintendency — Leads to obtaining a K-12 District Level Administrator License (Superintendent)
• Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Administration and Supervision
• Doctor of Education (EdD) in Higher Education (with a Higher Education track and a Community College Leadership track)

Professional Certification Program:

• K-12 Building Level Administrator Certification

Graduate Certificate Programs:

•  Graduate Certificate in College and University Teaching
• Graduate Certificate in Community College Leadership

Our programs are designed to be affordable, and all degree programs are eligible for student financial aid.
