Program Description:
The program provides students with the skills required for computer end-user support in hardware, operating systems, and applications used in today’s businesses.
Program Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate the ability to assist end-users and provide basic hardware and software support
- Develop an understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Develop critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills
- Develop effective oral and written communication
- Demonstrate the ability to do academic research
