The minor consists of six courses (24 credits). GIS 202 is required.

Language Requirement
Two language courses at the intermediate or advanced level in the same language related to the focus of the minor.
Other Courses for the Minor
All remaining courses for the minor must be chosen from “List A" found on the GIS major page.
Other courses may count towards the minor only after consultation with a GIS core faculty member and approval from the GIS director.
*Note: No more than two 100-level courses may count toward the minor.
