Student Conduct and Discipline
Wilmington University and the School of Law expect that law students will obey the laws of the state and community while conducting themselves in a responsible manner consistent with the highest standards of professional integrity. The ideals of higher education are best pursued in an environment of mutual respect for the rights of all people in the academic community here.
Law students are subject to the rules and regulations of Wilmington University and the School of Law, including rules and regulations currently in effect and those that may be promulgated in the future by appropriate authorities. A student, by accepting admission, indicates a willingness to subscribe to and be governed by these rules and regulations and acknowledges the right of Wilmington University or the School of Law to take such disciplinary action as may be appropriate, in accordance with University or School of Law procedures, for failure to abide by these rules and regulations or for other conduct deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the University or the School of Law. Disciplinary action may include suspension, expulsion, or denial of a degree.
