Quarterly Course Registration

At WTU, students register each quarter for prescribed courses required for their respective programs of study. The classes selected for students are determined by academic program chairs and the Office of the Registrar.

Approximately four weeks prior to the start of a quarter, the registrar sends students notification of classes recommended for the quarter. Upon receipt of this notification, students are required to complete and sign a WTU class registration form for the quarter. Registration should be completed by the student by the end of the official registration period for the quarter as published in the catalog.

Students are responsible for reviewing their registration each quarter for accuracy. Scheduling concerns should immediately be directed to the registrar. Students are responsible for knowing and complying with registration deadline dates, including drop/withdrawal dates.
