Washington state is a world leader in information and communication technology, new economy business, agriculture, aerospace, and life science. These industries create a demand for qualified talent, provide a source of expertise, and are potential partners for student internships.
The founders of Washington Technology University envisage a small residential and online University that not only prepares students to participate in these industries, but also draws the expertise of these organizations into the teaching and learning process. The University’s immediate purpose is to provide innovative and reasonably priced programs in flexible and accessible delivery formats.
