PHYS 110 Science of Information Technology

Information technology is pervasive today.  This class focuses on the science of IT hardware.  Hypothesis design, planning, and testing using the scientific method is covered.  Basic topics in science including Newtonian physics, basic electromagnetism, voltage, electronic circuits, magnetic data storage, and elementary solid-state physics is covered.
