GEOL 3450 Environmental Geology

This course focuses on the environmental consequences of natural geological phenomena and human interactions with the physical environment. Natural processes include atmosphere-ocean-lithosphere exchanges, volcanism, earthquakes, and landslides; human-driven processes include resource extraction, land use changes, and subsurface fluid injection.
