ATHP 6264 Athletic Training Leadership II
This course focuses on application of leadership development within the field of athletic training. An emphasis will be placed on athletic training current trends and competency education, and development of students to be change agents in their communities. Students will utilize their understanding of the populations they serve and challenges to obtaining appropriate and adequate healthcare to serve as patient and professional advocates. The social determinants of health will be emphasized.
