POLS 3352 Politics of the Middle East

This course is designed to serve as an advanced examination of the study of politics in Middle East. Students will develop a core body of knowledge concerning the political systems in Middle East. Students will examine in more depth those countries introduced in POLS 2310 (Comparative Politics) as well as being introduced to the political systems of other selected nation-states in Middle East.

POLS 1315 OR POLS 2320 OR permission of the instructor.

  • This course is an elective for students who are following the comparative politics/international relations track in Political Science and for International Affairs students.
  • This course is also an elective for students in the Asian Studies concentration.
