POLS 1391 Human Rights

This course studies individual, group, and society rights, the basis of a just society, and the meaning of equality. This course will also examine the theoretical and philosophic underpinnings of justice (including Catholic Social Teachings) as well as the extent to which society is just and how to promote greater social justice. This course includes a service learning component and is a Social Science CORE option.
