EDSI 2375 Earth and Space Science for Elementary Teachers
Earth & Space Science for Elementary Teachers addresses the instruction and assessment of Earth and space science concepts for elementary classrooms. Earth and space science concepts will be developed through various modalities including problem-solving and hands-on activities. The course will focus on Earth systems, weather, climate, the solar system, the scientific method, and science pedagogy. The primary goal of this course is to gain knowledge and skills that will prepare teacher candidates for science teaching.
