DWHP 1200H Honors Dimensions of Wellness

This course is designed to help Honors Program students develop an appreciation for and commitment to a wellness lifestyle. The course emphasis is placed on helping students develop self-care abilities related to spiritual, physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and working wellness. Students participate in two in-class aerobic workouts per week.
