ARTS 3316 Advanced Digital Photography

This course builds upon the technical, professional, and aesthetic background acquired in Introduction to Digital Photography. Topics include a consideration of lighting, advanced Photoshop process, professional practices, client interaction, digital experimentation and continued digital photographic work. A strong emphasis is placed on the development of a personal photographic aesthetic, ethical awareness, and a critical assessment of the medium and its history through assignments, critiques, and research. Five and one-half studio hours a week.
