ARTH 3362 Art History: Renaissance to Modern

A survey of Western art from the early Renaissance to the twentieth century. A consideration of the formal, intellectual, and spiritual values within Western art during the last seven centuries. Discussions will also focus upon the historical and social contexts underlying the creative process in Western civilization.
